Refund policy

1. Returns & Exchanges
We take utmost care in delivering quality products. However, if there's an issue, we're here to help.
Eligible for Return or Exchange Only If:
•    The product has a manufacturing or quality defect, or
•    You received a broken/damaged item, or
•    The wrong product or size was delivered.
📸 Please take a video while unboxing and photograph any damage immediately upon opening.

2. Return Window
•    Within 7 days of delivery.

3. Return Process
•    Email us at support@supperclub.store with: Order number, Courier docket or AWB number, Photos/video of the issue, Reason for return.
•    We will arrange a free reverse pickup from the shipping address on your invoice.
•    Once we receive the item, it will go through a quality check.
•    If approved, an exchange will be delivered to you as per our standard shipping timelines 7-10 days.

•    If approved, a replacement will be delivered to you as per our standard shipping timelines 7-10 days.

4. Conditions for a Valid Return
•    Product must be in original condition.
•    The box and packaging must be retained and returned.

5. Refunds
Refunds are issued only if a replacement is unavailable.
•    Refund initiation: Within 7 business days of return approval.
•    Refund timeline: Credited to the original payment method within 4–8 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.

6. Refunds are processed for
•    Damaged or incorrect items.
•    Incomplete sets.
•    Size or variant mismatch.

7. Order Cancellations
•    Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed, unless the issues above apply.
•    Supper Club reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
•    Products purchased on sale or during promotions are not eligible for cancellation.
